Terms

Clear terms for clear teamwork.

These terms explain the agreement between Afenso Ltd and each business or person using StaffToDo.

Last updated 24 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use StaffToDo. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use StaffToDo for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Using StaffToDo

StaffToDo helps businesses assign, delegate, discuss, track, and complete work. You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

  • Do not access an account or workspace without permission.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
  • Do not use StaffToDo to monitor people unlawfully or make prohibited automated decisions about them.

Accounts and workspaces

Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles, and access within their workspace. They are responsible for inviting authorised users and removing access when it is no longer needed. Each user is responsible for activity performed through their account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to StaffToDo. You grant Afenso Ltd the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content so we can provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.

Paid services

If you purchase a paid subscription, the price, billing period, included usage, and any renewal terms shown when you purchase apply. Prices may exclude taxes. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active paid service unless a faster change is required by law or a provider.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of StaffToDo. We aim to keep the service reliable, but internet services can experience interruptions. We may temporarily restrict access to protect StaffToDo, its users, or third parties.

Third-party services

StaffToDo relies on third-party hosting, authentication, notification, analytics, diagnostics, and voice-processing services. Their availability can affect StaffToDo. Any separate third-party product you choose to use is subject to its own terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using StaffToDo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or misuse the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Warranties and liability

StaffToDo is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and obligations that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided as available and without additional implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, Afenso Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by unauthorised access, user content, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Afenso Ltd and to your use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights and any local rules about where a dispute may be brought continue to apply. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern quickly.

Contact and changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. We will publish the revised date here and give additional notice where required.
